YOUTH-Turn, a program of National Organizations for Youth Safety (NOYS), sponsored by the Casey Feldman Memorial Foundation and supported by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), is inspiring young people to turn traffic adversity into action with its annual Youth-Turn It Around Awards. The annual contest is open to middle school, high school and college students. Award winners will be awarded up to $2000 for their student organization.
